Why did out-of-state internet payday lenders stop lending to Tennessee residents?
I noticed even cashnetusa stopped lending in this state, per their website www dot cashnetusa dot com/fee-schedule.html I called the Tennessee state dept of banking and they said the law is unclear and he doesnt know. Does anyone know the answer?
