for one take a nice long breath and know this.it is a scam that uses the threat of criminal action to collect on a more than likely illegal pdl,or they are just a scam that phishes for money.the creature who called is not a investigator.they are collector trash pure and simple.debts are civil matters at best,and the cretin broke the law himself with that call.first use the number that came up on your caller id to file a police report as he did illegaly threaten you.then file AG,and FTC complaintsagain if anybody should be arrested it is this clown.when it calls again steel yourself and bring up these points.

1)demand something in writing before you think about paying the scammer.
2)when he refuses inform him of your police report and complaints you filed.
3)hang up in his earhole as that is what he deserves.

again don't be scared,be pi$$ed as this loser is a scammer who has to threaten illegaly.do not believe it,or be stresses about it.
