sounds like a bottomfeeder.got nothing with a search except two others with the same type of info.did this place give a name,or is there another number they left or is that the number that came up on caller?

it was a message on my voicemail, with a message saying to call this number.

They appear to be some type of debt collector but are using a scam where someone calls first, warning that they are about to send a deputy to your house to serve you with papers for pending litigation and you only have three hours before the "process server" and deputy show up so you need to call this number to see what's going on!

This number belongs to Delta Financial. A man named Dave Gillespie (supposed owner) has called me today and said that my employment had been verified and they were spending $125 to file in my Parish (Louisiana) to obtain a judgment to garnish my wages. He said "we buy old debt and sue, sue, sue. I like ripping money from people's paychecks. Make me an offer or get a visit from the sheriff in a couple of days." SOL on the old debt is in 2 days. HELP?
