Ok I just got a call from someone who left a msg for me regarding a legal matter. He said his name was Andy Han or Andy Hunt anyone know who this is?????


they just called back said they were from cash net never even had a loan with cash net. i havent yet defaulted on any loans. is cash net assoc. with 500 fast cash? also he said someone from the court hse would be at my hse tommorrow by noon. i said what r u talking about? he said he doesnt need to send me any info until i pay the debt off. totally scared me

again a piece of sh*t in INDIA.do not talk to him again.everything he says is a lie.file the complaints,and now a police report since he threatened you.then ignore his sorry a$$.

You will not find out who they are if the debt they are claiming you owe is false. You stated you never had a loan with them so I would not worry about it. You never defaulted on a loan as they state so please do not let them fool you. For your comfort, you could attempt to request a account statement of the debt from them and their contact info. Some of these places thrive off of intimidation, so minimal communication is suggested. Best of Luck!

yeah i told him i didnt have a loan ever with cashnet and he knew where i worked ss# everything. eventually i laughed because he couldnt even speak properly. sound iliterate. then he said about coming to my hse and i hung up. when i asked for debt validation he told me he will send it after i pay. is cashnet assoc with 500fast cash? i will admit it really did mess with my head and stressed me out

easy,any of the pdl's you had either sold it or gave it to them.they were all illegal,and want to stick it to you every chance they get.as far as anything he says.it's a lie.how can an idiot that can't form a sentence in INDIA send anyone anywhere?also i know it's hard,but you will have to fill people in somewhat.that will be a bigger help than you know.why?because it's better if they know now rather than after the "pimp from bachelor party"calls with his stupid threats.

just be honest,and when your old employer tells them you no longer work there they will get the message.the advice above was for family and friends.

You can send them a Cease & Desist letter if they are a third party collector. However you need an email or mailing address for them first. The best bet is to do as Paul says and ignore the calls and send them to voicemail. You will be amazed at the intensity of their calls after you stop responding..LOL!

Ok thanks everyone. I did file a complaint using there phone number. If I knew who they were email or mailing address I would send a letter. I will not answer the calls. If my previous employer( whom I have a very good relation with) tells them I no longer work there will they continue to harrass the office. It is a very big company nation wide and if I were to keep getting calls there they would not be happy.

Well, in a way it is nice to see I am not the only one scammed. Thank god I would not give the idiot any info. Will tell you he did get upset when I requested proof and told him I had my bank account closed due to fraud. Thats when he started with the profanity...I hung up and knew this was a joke. Haven't heard from him/them since. Also had my credit report just ran a week ago and mentioned that funny thing they did not show up on my report. There are ways to tell this jerks we are onto them and their game. Have reported them to the FTC.
