I sent these people a Cease & Desist letter by certified mail, not just once but TWICE. They still continue to call and harass me at work on a daily basis. They are rude, obnoxious and insulting. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and the FTC but nothing is stopping the phone calls. What else can I do?

I have found the same to be true. Just let your machine or voicemail pick up the call. If the calls continue at work try to ask some co-workers to help you ward them off. I have a few co-workers in my corner who tell the lenders I no longer work for the company.

They flat out told me they would not stop calling me. I told them they could just talk to my lawyer if they kept it up and they told me "you can't afford a lawyer. I had my phone number changed to a unlisted number, since I am unempoyeed now they can't bother me at work.
