I live in Ohio. I went to a storefront pdl called Cashland. I am not in default yet, but have to keep paying off the loan and reborrowing. How do I get out from under neath this?

Are the members of the CFSA? I believe they are, call and ask them. If they are, ask them for the extended payment plan as outlined at the link below:

Have you contacted the people at Cashland yet? If your loan is not due yet you can apply for an extended payment plan. You must do it on the due date though. If you wait until after the due date to do anything then you will accrue finance charges and late fees. If you do it on the due date it will stop the finance charges, you do not have to pay anything that day and it spreads the payments out over your next 4 paydays.
