About PLATINUM 80 SRVC FRAUD

I have experienced monies taken from my checking account w/o my wanting their service (whatever service that is!!). They put me into overdraft situations and I want full compensation for this scam! I've had $99+$20+$14 (approx.) that I can tell so far removed from me through my bank account. That doesn't even count the other attempts to get more causing me $35 overdraft(s) charges. If someone knows what all steps to take to remedy these horrible events... please respond.
