Can a foreign PDL company sue you? This company is in Costa Rica. I live in cali.

They can. Heck, anyone with the filing fee can sue anyone for anything. (Not long ago, there was a news story where someone filed a lawsuit against God. It got thrown out, of course, but it was filed and it had to be heard by a judge.) But don't worry, just because they "can" doesn't mean they will. Lawsuits almost never happen with internet loans.

Bull crap, if they aren't a citizen of the U.S. what makes you think they can come into our country and file a lawsuit for an illegal payday loan!

First of all, please list the following information so we can help you.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

They aren't even licensed to lend in your state! They won't sue you they are bluffing, if they dared to walk into a court room they would be setting themselves up for one heck of a fall! CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
