I live in Texas and have a loan with the Cash Store, it's a 10 payment ($208.00) loan that I had to write a check ($880) for as collateral, since then my income has changed and the account that I wrote the check off of the bank closed. If I default on this loan can legal action be brought against me for the check not clearing the closed account?
