was reading some of the contract on a pay day loa i took out the other day. I live in florida where you are only able to do one at a time, I've also read that all online pay day loan are illegal here and they must abide by florida state laws regarding pay day loans. In one of the contratcs well actually a couple it states that by signing this is contract you are agering to file a class A action and abide to the the terms of the contract and the state laws in where I reside.
So by sigining these contracts have I just put myself in a pickel and gave up my florida rights?

Well, first of all a class action law suit has nothing to do wit
Well, first of all a class action law suit has nothing to do with a business, so that's a bunch of legal jargon they added which doesn't apply, period. No matter what they claim, YOU are bound by the state laws where you have presence, period.
Shazzer so seeing as florida also has a law against garnishment
Shazzer so seeing as florida also has a law against garnishment in the state but in the contratc it says that if you default they can can garnish me to pay it off. Should I be worried or how would I stop that from taking place. They also have said that will take me to court even though from all the info I've read they would be considered a illegal lender.

They're probably referring to a 'wage assignment', which is different than a garnishment but basically the same results, however, a wage assignment can be revoked at any time, so, all you need to do is send them an email that says you are revoking their rights to any wage assignments you may have signed and are giving a copy to your employer, so any requests they make to attach your wages will be denied.
