defaulting online loans

I live in KY and have 5 online loans out... I am thinking about putting a stop payment on all bc I simply cant afford 600 each check to pay these off... Can they take me to court or file charges on me?

Are you sure that all the 5 online PDLs are legal in Kentucky? Kentucky PDL laws state that all internet PDLs have to be licensed by the state. They'll also have to follow the laws of your state.

Criminal action is prohibited in your state, so I don't think they can take you to court.

If the PDLs are illegal in your state, then you must provoke all ACH regulations and put a hard debit block on your account.

PDL laws of Kentucky state that all internet PDLs must be licens

PDL laws of Kentucky state that all internet PDLs must be licensed in Kentucky. In order to get a license, a PDL company must have storefronts in the state. But Kentucky doesn't allow online PDLs to have storefronts, so, all online PDL companies are illegal in the state of Kentucky.
