Hello all,
I've been coming to this site off and on for a bit now trying to figure out the best way to approach a solution for my debt woes, but feel overwhelmed at times looking at all the threads on the site and thought that maybe the best place to start is to ask... I'm in Texas and currently handling 3 "situations". I've read most of the information on the Cash Call thread and CashNet USA and from the looks of it it feels as though there's not much I can do about it, but it doesn't hurt to put the info out there and see what you guys give me.

Current balance (finance fee being paid):
CashNet USA: $1300 ($234)
500Fast Cash: $400 ($135)
CashCall: $2100 ($216)

Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Cash Call is not a payday lender, you might want to read the information below about them:
http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/cashcall-info.html
Cashnetusa is operating as a CSO in the state of TX, so they aren't required to follow the payday loan laws, they do offer an extended payment plan, but you will need to ask for it because they won't offer it unless you do.

500Fast Cash is not a legal lender in the state of TX, so, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
