I am dealing with 3 illegal internet payday loans right now. I am a Washington resident.
United cash loan- borrowed $550 Paid $505
zip19.com borrowed $2,475 paid $2,081.66
Payday Loan Yes borrowed $700 Paid 1,225
I have emailed and faxed my c & d letters/emails to all of the pdl and now I want to start on my letters to the BBB, FTC and AG but don't know how to go about it. Does anyone have a sample letter or template of the letter they sent to the BBB, FTC, and the AG's office? I just don't want to sound like a complete fool when I write them. Any help is appreciated thanks!
