I know this is a forum to discuss issues w/ PDLs if you can't pay them back, but since most here are very familiar w/ their services and I'm not, I figured it a good place to ask the question.

I'm a little short this month and I know for a fact that I'll have the $ next month so I want to know if PDLs are an OK source for the funds. I'm currently trying to settle w/ banks over CCs so my credit is screwed and family members are already helping me w/ the settlements so I don't really want to go to them again. I just need a little cash to get me to the end of the month when I know I'll have the $ to pay it back.

What do you think?

yes they are.. don't do as most do and strech them out over time.. contact the company and pay something on the balance each payment to pay it off sooner... where else can you go to get 200-1000 within 24 hours? can't go to your bank can ya? i use them all the time and pay them right off.. i have companies i use that have lower rates for each loan you pay off.

I'm sure most people who post comments here had all good intentions on paying their PDL's back right away. Thing is, if you're already in a precarious financial situation and you take out a PDL, all it takes is extending the loan a few times until you're "caught" in the cycle of taking out other loans to pay back the original loan. "Yep they are," yes, it IS nice to be able to get a couple hundred dollars in 24 hours; however, if you are indeed using them all the time, even if you're paying them off, I'm sure if you add up that interest, you'll be surprised at how much you've given them over and above the loans. However, each of us has to do what we feel is right for us, if you're using PDL's and it's working out for you, THAT's what important.

if you are in GA then there are no good,or legit ones as PDL'S are prohibited in GA meaning whoever will lend most likely won't accept a total payout.they will debit the finance fee over, and over.don't do it.if you can find another way then do that avoid internet pdl's at all costs.

If you know for a fact you'll have the money next month, why not just juggle some things until then? For instance, if you have bills due (utilities, credit cards, insurance, etc.), generally, if you call them up and tell them you can't pay by the due date but can pay on _________, they'll be fine.

still iffy, but as long as you can pay it asap then maybe.still it's better(albeit not much better)than an internet padl.just stick to paying it right away, and you should be okay.at least you can pay in person.
