if a person calls you and sounds like there from india do not pay them its a scam... there is no way to track them down but they are telling people they have a balance with them for another company and they dont... do not pay them.. tell them to show proff of the debt.

Just ignore their calls. Most of these companies don't have much information about the consumers. So, they will not provide you with much details. You can also file complaints against them with your states' consumer affairs department.
