ok... i live in wisconsin. my pdl are all internet. i have not defaulted yet. i tried contacting each and got the same we will not work with you for a payment arrangement until you default.

amount 250 fee 75 one rollover

I have a new checking account set up. I am ready to close the old one. I am looking at dds to handle it perhaps, and have also called a local cccs person and am waiting on a call back. I am no longer willing to pay the interest. Please advise me of what you think. Can i handle this myself? I have read the wisconsin laws and looked them up.. if they are lisenced somewhere in any state i have to pay. According to one of them they can only roll over 4 times in wisconsin though. DO i wait til they go to collections? DO i use dds?
THe local guy said he was going to check, but did not think they would deal with internet pdl... help
