Is ACN & Associates a legitimate company?

I received a pre-recorded call from ACN & Associates requesting me to contact Anthony Jamison at 866-426-2470 regarding a payday loan I used called CashNet USA. I paid this debt some time ago and I haven't heard anything else from them by way of a letter of a phone call from CashNet, but out of the blue I receive a recorded message from a supposed company doing business as a debt-collection agency for CashNet. With so many scams out there and the fact that when requesting a payday loan online, you have to put in your personal information and it goes to so many different companies, it's so easy for hackers and scam artist to retrieve your personal information from these sites. I'm requesting a written notice from CashNet and I'm going to compare it with my bank statement to verify that I've paid it. If I get another call or email I'm going to report them for fraud.
