What to do now?

OK - so I sent letters to my two lenders, TheCashSpot aka American Consumer Credit and SureAdvance on 8/26. I heard back from SureAdvance that the correspondence had been forwarded to managment and they will make a decision within 7-14 business days. I sent an additional email yesterday requesting an update on my account and received the same generic email in response. I did not hear from ACC, so I resent the email on 8/30 and faxed the letter the same day. As of yesterday I still had no heard anything. I get the distinct impression they are blowing me off...any thoughts?:mad:


Hiilarious!! So I got tired of waiting for American Consumer Credit to respond so I called. After being transferred twice and kept on hold forever I was told my account is under review and no ACH transactions will occur until it's resolved. HMMMMM..do I believe them or not? Incidentially, they answered the phone Consumer Credit Services, so what are we changing our name to avoid bad mojo? Anyway, at least I know they received my letters and something is happening. Remains to be seen if they try and debit my account tomorrow.
