after all i have done and accomplished the past few days I receive a call from my old bank saying i am 455.00 in the negative because the ach's reopened my account!!!! I told her i was told my account would be officially closed at midnite and any ach's or debits that hit would be returned!! she says well there's no guarantee of that, that i need to file a dispute on each ach to block them, i asked why i wasn't told that initially and of course she didn't know....so i have filed disputes on all four so now what do I do????? Somebody plz tell me this ends!!!!

Since Eastide in licensed in Delaware, I would file a complaint with the Attorney General of Delaware and the Administrator of Non-Depository Institutions and Compliance, tell them your story and make it known that Eastside lenders is issuing loans to residents of other states illegally, I would also let the Attorney General know that YOUR Attorney General is involved and you feel they should revoke Eastside Lenders license for non compliance! Make sure you tell them you overpaid the loan and they are still pressuring you for more money!

Is the best way to do this by phone or email? Is the Administrator a national office or state? Do I just not worry about Nationwide and PDY until I hear something from them? Kinda in limbo here and don't know whether to just sit and wait or what especially with eastside...do I respond to them? Just really want this over and behind me...
