I have received an email saying final collection email from united cash loans stating "Your account with United cash Loans acct#... is in final collections. According to our records your outstanding balance is $430.00. (If you have recently resolved this account over the phone, please disregard this message.) Well I only borrowed $250.00 and I paid back $225.00. So what can they do. I did send c & D letters to them. As for Cash Advance network I borrowed $500.00 and paid $150.00 they had ARM call me and tell me I owe $860.00 and they will settle for $560.00 in full. She told me it doesn't go by the laws in NJ it goes by the laws in Delaware since that where the loan originated from. And last but not least Integrity advance borrowed $600.00 and paid $144.00 they called me once and told me i owed a balance of $913.00 I told them I am willing to pay the principle and she told me no and hasn't called me back. I have gotten phone calls from various numbers from Illinois, california, texas and so on but I never answer and they never leave any messages. So I don't know what else to do. I have asked them for addresses so i can mail them what I owe but none of them would agree to those terms.
