Ready to get off the Payday Rollercoaster

My mom has been on the payday loan rollercoaster for a long while now. She currently has payday loans out with four places. She is drowning in financial worry because her paycheck is commited to the payday loans when she gets paid and now her bills are slipping further and further behind. She's truly embarrassed by the whole situation, and I want to help her as much as I can. She lives in Ohio and has loans out with CashLand, Check N Go, ACE, and Checksmart. If there's anyone who could give some much needed advice on how she could escape this payday loan trap we truly would appreciate it.
