Unfortunately i was unable to pay them and now they are calling me. I talked to them but they are only willing to spread out the payments in 3 payments and its like $263 pp. I just simply can't do that. I am trying to work with them but they won't spread it any more. They are willing to stop all finance charge and take a loss but i just can't afford to pay them $263. Does anyone know any other options i can take. They told me that they would send this over to a third party collector and then they would send something to my work about a judgment to get the money. Any help is really appreciated. Thank you.


I borrowed $560 and they say i owe $758. THey said they would break it up in 3 payments of $225 each in next 3 payments but thats still total of $675.
I have made 3 payments towards its $107, $169, and $104, most of this is small amount going to principal amount. How would i get them to settle for only the amount borrowed? Do i send them a letter? Tell them on phone. I don't particularly like talking to them on the phone. The man was very intimidating. Thanks for your help.

I followed your advice and sent them letter. I did not recieve response and they still have called, i sent them another letter yesterday to the email address i recieved when they said it was returned to my bank. I also sent them one to the main customer service email on their website but recieved returned email. I am wondering if there is anything else i should do if they keep calling. Which means they did not recieve my email. Please let me know.
