Spot On Loans Please Help

Hey has anyone ever had a loan from spot on loans?
I borrowed $400 from them and ive paid back $120. They are saying i still owe $530. I have recently found out that pay day loans are illegal in NC thats where i live and i contacted the company about that stating i would only pay back the principal amount and they stated they were not a payday loan company. Im kind of confused now. Im not sure how to respond. Any suggestions?

Look around the forum, you will find a lot of people who had borrowed from Spot On Loans simply because the did not know any better. Revoke ACH in writing and only pay them the remainder of the principal, which is, exactly $280.
