Pennsylvania Help

Hello,
I just have a few questions since I am new to this payday loan stuff. Due to recent financial hardships and family emergencies I had to take out a total of (4) payday loans from the lenders and in the amounts shown below. Two of them were back in September and two of them were last week. The two from last week I have not paid anything yet since my first payday has not come yet. The two from September I have been paying every payday. I just discovered yesterday that internet payday loans may be illegal in the state of Pennsylvania but I have read some conflicting reports. I have the following loans
Blue King: $400.00 deposited on 9/20/2012
Lakota Cash: $400.00 deposited on 09/20/2012
Advance Me Today: $400.00 deposited on 12/11/12, nothing paid yet
Star Cash Processing: $300.00 deposited on 12/11/12, nothing paid yet
On the Blue King loan I have made the following payments:
9/28/2012 $106.00 10/12/2012 $106.00 10/26/2012 $106.00 11/09/2012 $106.00 11/23/12 $106.00 12/7/12 $146.00 Bringing the grand total I have paid to $646.00 and out of that they have only put $40.00 to my principal balance of $400.00
On the Lakota Cash loan I have made the following payments:
10/12/12 $120.00 10/26/2012 $120.00 11/09/2012 $120.00 11/23/2012 $120.00 12/07/2012 $145.00 Bringing the grand total that I have paid to $625.00 and they have put nothing towards my principal balance
I am looking for any help that could help me challenge the legality of these "companies" and what I should do next.
