Need advice and guidance Please Help

I have really got myself into a mess and need help. I have 4 payday loans out and do not have the funds to pay them. I live in Missouri.
Cashnet USA borrowed 900 have 2 payments left 153 and 72
Netcredit borrowed 1100 paid 0 ( payment is 173 )
AMWEB borrowed 300 paid 0 interest only payment of 180
Amerilone borrowed 500 paid 0 payment 81
All of these payments are twice a month and I just dont have the money to pay them right now. I know that I need to pay them back but would like to set up a affordable payment plan with them. I plan on paying cashnet off since they only have 2 payments left. But the other ones I just cant do.
What are my options. Can I stop the ACH's that were set up and make payment arrangements and if so how do i do it. I have to get this done by Dec 31st.

AMWEB and Amerilone both are illegal lenders. In this case you owe principal only. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Ask them for a refund if you have already overpaid them. Cash Net USA is a licensed lender, so you are liable for both the principal and interest. You may negotiate with your legal lender and set up a payment arrangement with them.

CashNetUSA is a legal lender. Nothing much you can do about it other than pay. The other 3 are illegal. Just revoke ACH and repay the principal when you will. No need to get into 'payment plans' with these people, you pay them whenever and however much you wish.
