I live in MN and have pay day loans made online from the following:

My Cash Now - $300, Ace Cash Advantage - $250, Cash Central - $350, and Sure Advance - $400. Are these legal in MN and what advice can you offer me?

The following payday lenders ARE licensed to lend in MN.
Ace Cash Advantage
They offer an EPP, so you will need to ask them for it.

Sure Advance akaNational Advance Services have a license to lend in Delaware, but they are required to be licensed in MN. to be legal, and unfortunately the MN. website is not working right now so that I can check and see, I will give you the link so you can check later. Scroll down and click on 'Licensee 'Database' :

Cash Central and My Cash Now are not licensed anywhere, so, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
