I'm not sure what there is to figure out. If you don't owe a debt and someone (regardless of whom) took money from your account, you need to go to your bank manager and have them reverse the charges as fraudulent. They should also refund any fees that were incurred due to the debit. Have them put a hard debit block on the account so that no further money can be taken. Once you've received the reversal, ask the bank to close that account and open a new one so this can't happen again. Make sure the two accounts aren't linked in any way and don't EVER give ANYONE your account info again.

let me put it this way.my cash now,discount advances,and paydaymax are all affiliated.credit protection depot is their in house collector so all four are affiliated.they are all also very illegal,and should be treated as such.follow ohiogal1's advice above mine as well.

After what happened to me yesterday, I'm not surprised that someone has accessed your account illegally. These creeps stole my identity, they are impersonating me, and it's causing problems. Because of the type of company I work for, they are calling similar companies, threatening the employees' and giving out all of my personal information, down to my home address, phone number, work phone number, work address, email address and social. I would of never known this was happening but one of these companies called my place of employment to report me to my boss. How long this has been going on I don't know.
