Ohio PDL

Hello I need some advice. I have several PDL's and found they are not licensed in OH where I reside. 2 are off shore companies. Loans were for 400$, I have paid at least 600$ on them each. I faxed letters stating I found they are illegal in my state and I only owe principle. I feel the debt has been fulfilled. Does this sound like I did the right thing? Any advice what to do next because they are not cooperating. Keep demanding payments. Thank you
I do hope that you have
I do hope that you have revoked ACH in writing with your bank and your lenders (which is possibly the case). In case you have already overpaid like you say, you should turn around and demand a refund of the excess paid. Also remember to file complaints with the AG and the FTC.
Yeah…you owe principal only
Yeah…you owe principal only as your lenders are illegal. Ask them for a refund as you have already paid them more than principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Visit this link and follow every step: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html
