Update on my own progress on loans, other than WS/CC

I posted separately for WS/CC -- just too much on that alone. That is a must read for anyone that needs a good laugh.. This is the rest.. Since finding this wonderful site in September and starting my process.. I have gotten a PIF from Great Plains Lending -- I have not really heard anything from Plain Green since I sent them this email "Dear Plain Green, Do yourself a favor and mark my account paid in full. I am not paying you another cent - you owe me a refund of $1002.89 that I have paid on my loans with you. If you charge me off to collections I will not hesitate to not only cease and desist them, but make them aware that I informed you I am aware of the illegality of the debt and the fact that I will not be paying any remaining balance and that you in fact owe me a refund again for $1002.89. Cut the crap and save yourself the time. You lost this one, I know that you are illegal to loan in the state I live in. Love, Your past customer" Dec 4th -- can't understand why. LOL -- I have worked out payment arrangements with my 2 largest in store ACE and 1 Stop and will have them paid in full in by mid Feb.. With 1 Stop because I was honest with them and stuck to my arrangement they have already knocked off $827.65 in fees that could have been applied.. So those are both going well! -- I have paid off 2 store fronts that were in my husband’s name in full. -- I will have one PIF this next payday -- That will leave me 6 store front legal ones to deal with - I think that in mid Feb I will be paying off at least one more in full and then I am going to take the extra money not spending on the others and pay towards the last ones to get them paid in full. --- I owe all of this to this this wonderful website and the people on here that took the time to help and assist me.. I can only hope that I can return the favor to others on here.. I sleep at night and know that they can't hurt me.. I am in control - I know by mid-year I will be done and through with all of them and then on to paying off credit cards and by the end of the year the only debt we should have is our vehicle and our student loans. The vehicle will be the next to pay down early... Again Thank all of you - this site has made me a better, stronger person..
