What happens when the BBB does not receive a response from a company?

I filed a complaint against Eastside Lenders with the Delaware BBB and I saw that the time limit expired for Eastside to respond to my rejection of their offer to settle my account for $500 (they will never see another dime from me).
What happens next?
I have filed additional claims with the appropriate state and federal agencies as well, but I was just curious.
Thanks!
