Cease and Desist

I have been sending an email every single day (sometimes twice a day) to a payday lender since July 15, 2010 asking for a refund and a paid in full letter. Yes, you read it right since JULY 15, 2010 every single day. Well, today I got a letter in the mail from the payday lender. I thought "oh good, I am getting my refund." WRONG. It was a letter from the payday lender asking me to cease and desist all emails to them as I was harassing them.
They are allow to harass us by calling all the time, but we are not allow to harass them by asking what is rightfully mine. Idiot payday lenders.

i would not stop emailing.they are illegal,and won't do a thing

i will stop when i get what is rightfully mine...a refund. add that to your emails,and keep sending them.again nothing they can do about it.
