I keep calling and saying I have bad checks and want to serve me with court papers. I have kept most all the calls one is Flobridge, Aces and not sure who else. I don't think that it is right for them to call and tell the person answering the phone that they don't want to embarrase her at work that she is being served to go to court on bad checks. Can they call it a bad check with these companys where it is actually coming directly out of my account? (as mentioned I believe I said that we had no choice to close the account) My parents are getting call now and they live in another state and they mentioned on their machine of the purpose of looking for us and I have gotten some really scary calls that they know where I work and they can have my work take money out of my check or my (new) checking account. I get like 3 to 4 calls a day from these people and I don't dare answer the phone cause I am one of those people that could be scammed easily. One had even sent paper work to have them take it out of my check and a letter from where I work sent a letter back saying that unless they have court papers that this is not allowed to happen.
