I have a loan roughly 8 months old from check-n-go here in indiana.
i was told from my payroll dept. at work this morning that they called and made a threat about sending police.
now since this lender is licensed in my state what should i expect to happen here?
im not worried about police at my employment "i dont think they can get past the security gate" but how will this play out?
will i just get a court summons and then have a garnishment against me if i dont pay?
i could pay it but not for prob 2 more months at least.
any info here would be great!

You are still current with the loan right? Did you miss a payment? The answers to these questions are important since you have two options for tackling this:
If you are current with the payments, call their corporate office and ask for the EPP. Under the plan, the interest rate is going to be frozen and the loan balance is going to be spread into 2-5 pay periods.
If you have defaulted already EPP is not an option. You need to revoke ACH which would automatically force the account into collections after which you can negotiate on the terms.
