Collectors for payday loans - TAC

A man from TAC and Associates called my employer yesterday and wanted my home phone number and threatened legal action to my employer. They claim I defaulted on a loan from ACE cash express. I don't ever recall having a loan from ACE cash express! What to do?


Yeah…they are scammers. Don’t share any personal information with them. If they call you back next time, hang up on them. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

first file a police report as they are a typical bottomfeeding pile of garbage.then use any info you have(name of bottomfeeder,and phone numbers)to file AG,AND FTC complaints.then ignore their sorry asses.btw if you had a loan with ACE they would have your home number.a bottomfeeding scam.report anfd ignore.
