Update on PDL

I have been in a downward spiral of payday loans for years.  In October I finally took the plunge and closed my bank account and took control.  At the time I had 7 payday loans.

I got 2 written off because they were illegal.  Three of my loans I consolidated and paying off that way.  And the other loan I did an EPP and I have 3 payments left and I am DONE!!!  The only one I have up in the air is Zest Cash / Spot Loan.  I believe they are now illegal, did get threatening emails from them, but haven't heard from them for about 3 or 4 weeks.  So that kind of make me nervous!

But, I feel like I am almost out of this mess.  Thanks so much to everyone here.



Yeah….Zest Cash/Spot Loan is illegal. You owe principal only. Don’t worry, they won’t be able to take any legal action against you.

Glad all is going well!! Congradulation!! And yes, Zest/ Spot is illegal...  They are Tribal.. I wouldn't worry too much about, they may have given up..
