I live in PA. I am requesting written confirmation of an internet payday loan. A company callef Landmark Legal is threatening to have me arrested unless I pay them.

All lenders are illegal in PA. Moreover debts are a civil case, not a criminal offense. So you can’t get arrested for that. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one immediately.

Payday lending is strictly

Payday lending is strictly prohibited in PA. Ask for Landmark Legal's physical address and send them a C&D letter.
P.S: Debts are civil, not criminal. You cannot be arrested or criminally prosecuted for failing to repay a debt.
