payday loan.threating to take me to court

does anyone know whos number this is..1-888-430-6733..they said its DOC RECOVERY DEPT.they said the were going to take me to court for a loan i got in 2008..from sjm marketing...and the online payday loan i got it from does not want to talk to me from what this lady tells me..i dont have a bank account and i dont have a job,so its not like if they can get it from me.but they are callin my friend that i had used for a reference and she is freakin out.their tellin her that their going to take all of us to court.:cry:.i dont know what to do and i dont want my friend to get upset with me..is there really a doc recovery dept.i also went online to see if they had a web site,but they dont ..can anyone help me.

let's start this response by stating that there is no such place as DOC RECOVERY DEPT.now whoever this is broke the law hand over fist.use the number you have and name to file a police report as again illegal theats as SJM is not legal as they are not located in the US.have anybody this piece of sh*t called to do the same.now you should also file AG complaints against both SJM,and this DOC RECOVERY DEPT whoever they are.do that and ignore them as they won't/can't do what they threaten.to you,or anybody else.
