i posted a forum about citibank also but i am here for a problem. i had citi bank stop payment many illegal lenders because my daughter is an attorney and told me that they were illegal and to not pay them. i had 7 differnet payday loans and some are paid over the original loan others not. citi bak reversed 45 days of payments so a few i think are under. one of them told me i am going to be thrown in jail for collateral check fraud because my bank account ach was the collateral on the loan and i have hidden it so it is fraud since citi closed my account. my daughter is away on honeymoon i cannot bother her can i go to jail for fraud

You did all the right stuff here. Looks like soaplady and I edited the guy's post at the same time but regardless don't listen. These lenders send shills over to the site very often to try to convicne people to pay these illegal loans. For some reason "pay your bill" is their favorite phrase.
