i have several payday loans and need help big time. can you tell me if these are legal loan companies in the state of florida? all were obtained on line cash cloud, sigma solutions, sky lending, 500fast cash, us fast cash and n c l any help is appreciated. how do i stop the madness

Do know that 500fast cash and us fast cash are illegal. Not sure about the others. You are only morally obligated to pay back the original principal amount borrowed. You may want to go to your state's department of financial regulation and check is the other lenders have a license in your state. If not, they are illegal too. If legal, then you will have to work out some type of payment plan. On this site, click on forums, then click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with unlicensed lenders. Follow every step, do not skip. Also, register with the forum so that you will see answers to your posts.

confusion on legal or not

I paid a co. to take care of this but the only thing they did was take my money,now I have hundreds in fee's. not need to close acct. my ass. I know, who's the dummy now.
