I had a payday loan April 2007 that I didn't pay. How long can they collect on this? I already got ripped off from Dufrost LLc and paid them over 500.00 thinking it was this payday loan.

I would call your state DFI. They came to an agreement with PDL

I would call your state DFI. They came to an agreement with PDL's to make the loans uncollectable, but I cannot recall if they grandfathered in old loans or not. For some reason, I seem to remember that they made all PDL's uncollectable and therefore companies with outstanding loans were forgiven, but I am not sure.
