Well, as far as I know, payday lending is legal in the State of Kentucky. It will be better if you could contact the Kentucky Office of Financial Institutions and checkout with them whether or not Tior Capital is licensed to operate in your state. You can even contact your pay day lender and ask them to withdraw the account from collections. If they are not licensed, then you will be liable for paying them only the principal balance. As you've paid them more than the principal balance, you should ask them for a refund of the extra amount.
If you find that your payday lender is licensed to operate in your state, then you will be liable for paying off the debts in full. In such a situation, you can go for the option of debt consolidation or debt settlement.
