Morale Dilemma...

With United Cash loans I took out $800 and have paid back $480. I have had them for over 3 years and re-loaned a few times to the tune of about $2800 loaned to me and a total including fees paid back tot hem of $9200. I sent them a revocation email letting them know that I wanted them to use the illegal interest they charged me before to cover the remaining $320 left on the current loan.
Yesterday I received an email stating the usual Tribal BS and saying that I could consider my account PIF if I sent another $560 which is the remaining $320 plus another $240 in interest. I said no way that I wanted the illegal interest to be used. They replied with an offer of paying back just the remaining $320. I know that is what I owe, but I am really tired of giving these people so much money, on the other hand if this ever gets nasty I can at least say I paid back the principal.
What would you guys do?

I think you've answered your own question. They will probably try and use scare tactics on you, but stick to your guns and tell them you've reported them to the state. Definately pay off that storefront!
Done that.
Thanks KSCornell, I did report them to the AG and DFI. I will reply if they ever email, I just dont want to pay any more on it. I am trying to use the money that they want to pay off a legal store front loan.
I would not ignore them,
I would not ignore them, because I have found that these loans have a way of biting you in the u-know-what if you do that. With that being said, I would not pay them another cent, but what I would do is report them to your state, be it your state's AG or other regulatory agency. For all you know, there could be a cease and desist order against them in your state.
I wouldn't pay them another
I wouldn't pay them another dime....you have over paid interest on prior loans. Legally, the contract is null and void...totally unenforceable in any court of law.
Will they go away one day?
Do you think if I just ignore it they will go away? They have actually the quietest till that email.
