I searched in google. I didn't find any collection agency by that name. Send a written request to validate the debt via certified mail. If you don't receive proper validation letter, then send a cease and desist letter to them. However,if they can prove that you really owe money to them, then settle the debts with them.
well since titan is not legal period i doubt this place is legit
well since titan is not legal period i doubt this place is legit.do you have a phone number that comes up on caller id?that will help,and know this any collector must send a t least a collection letter 5 days after initial contact so the 30days is total BS and does smack of bottomfeeder.when they call again demand something in writing and state you will not speak to them again until you get it.btw email doesn't count.it must be snail mail.
