we are stuck in a title loan

my husband was laid off and were now forced to file chapter 7 bankrupcy.we only borrowed 400. we called them ,but now they want over 200. to pay it back after 6 months of paying them will the bankrupcy stop them from being able to reposes it?

Filing BK costs more than $200....why not just pay them off.
