I have a $300 PDL in Colorado through TLC fast Cash. I have made 5 interest payments or renewals of $79 each and recently was diagnosed with a disease and am not able to pay them back now. These guys are calling me and saying I that they will be awarded a judgment against me in a few days and I may have to pay back up to $8,000 in fines and fees. I've never even seen court papers saying there was a case opened. What should I do next?
