Please Help!! I have 5 online pdl's that I can't pay anymore. I am getting behind on all of my bills! Here are the following pdl's

Cardinal- $200
CMG- $200
Integrity Advance- $300
Galaxy $300
Star Cash- $250

I live in TN and I really don't know what to do anymore! I don't want to get into any trouble. Anyone that could help, I would appreciate it!
Thanks!

TN is one of the loophole states meaning a pdl only needs to be licensed in any US state in order to be legal. That being said though I *think* that all of your sound illegal-meaning not licensed anywhere.

The first thing you need to do is close your bank account and get control back of your money. Read the sticky on dealing with illegal pdls and feel free to ask any questions.

If the PDL does not comply with the OP demands for a settlment. Then the OP should request the PDL provide a license number. Which we all know will never happen :)

Intergrity Advance is the only PDL I know that claims to have a U.S. based license. The others are unlicensed for sure. CMG is offshore and Star Cash is an affiliate of tribal immunity network. We all know that will be painful to deal with.

OP needs to secure that account ASAP!

Yes, my bank account is still open. I just am so afraid that these companies will try to get me for fraud, if I close my account. I thought about trying to call and see if I could set up payment arrangements through mail. But I am sure that they will not agree to it. I am so broke and I just don't know what to do. I am afraid of being arrested if I close my account.

Integrity- I have paid 3x $90
CMG- I have paid 60
Cardinal I have paid 60
and the others are due next week.
I don't know what to do. I know I owe what I borrowed, but I need to pay them in a different way than the way it is going or I will not be able to pay my other needed bills. I am really stressing over this.

So these are all fairly new loans then? Thats okay, don't be afraid you won't go to jail. The first thing you need to do is close your account ASAP. Then you will have control over your money again and will be able to breathe and figure out a plan in how to deal with this.

We have all been there and know what its like to be buried in the pdl trap, trust me. I live in TN as well and closed my bank account and no one ever arrested me. After you get your account closed you can contact them and make arrangements to pay back the principal if any is still owed, but you will never get out of this until you close your account and stop the maddness.

If I close my account, they can't withdraw money on it, causing it to go into the negative? And once I close my account, can I re open on once I get this taken care of? And what if they don't agree on a mail in payment plan? You said you are from TN? What and how exactly did you go about doing this? Thanks so much!

If your account is closed they won't be able to deduct anything and no there will be no more NSF charges. You can close the account you have and immediately open up a new one. Just be sure not to give out your new account info or they will get it and start debting your new account.

If they don't agree to a mailed in payment then I would say they don't want thier moneyto bad then do they? LOL there will be some who will tell you that but basically no address-no payment!

Lets see I had one that was definetly legal and am making payments to them. 2 I had were supposedly licensed in some states but did a lot of illegal stuff as well. They called for while but I no longer hear from them. Then 2 I had were definetly illegal and not in this country, 1 of those I have never heard a thing from and the other called a few times and that was it.

I do have a couple of storefronts that I am still paying off. Duh me! I went and took out storefronts to try to pay the online pdls! LOL This was a while back though and hopefully next month the storefronts will be paid off.

One thing I did though is I never one time answered the phone when they would call. I sent a letter saying I wanted to keep all communication either in email or US mail. of course they still called but I never answered. I also put a generic automated message on my voicemail that does'nt say my name and I think that has helped as well.

Check with your bank just to make sure an ach debit won't reopen it. Sometimes people are having a little trouble with BofA. I asked at my bank and they said no it would not be reopened. Just be sure to NEVER apply for another online pdl-they share thier info and can get your account info that way and will empty out your account. Many people have come here posting that has happened to them, but as long as you don't ever apply for another online pdl they should'nt be able to get your info.

Oh, that will never happen again! I will have to ask my bank, but if they do, then I suppose I won't be able to re open an account until this is all over with. Thanks so much for the advice, I feel so much better knowing all of this. I just can't believe that they are so fake and untrustworthy!
