Together Cash-Should I cite the court case?

I want to thank everyone for the great advice in regards to Together Cash. I have one more thing that I would like to ask: If they do keep hounding me..should I mention the Kansas vs. Quick Pay Day Loan federal case where the court ruled that internet loan companies had to abide by the state laws where the borrower lives...or just hang up on them?

If they call you again for the debt, send them a cease and desis
If they call you again for the debt, send them a cease and desist letter. I don't think that there is any use sending them the rulings, because they know everything and still try to collect the debt by harassing and threatening the debtors.
