I've searched high and low looking for an address to the company going by the name of: Pack Management Group, LLC (whose emails to me say that "all customer service will be provided by B&L Services" phone: 866-943-6712 fax: 866-943-6714)

Has anyone heard of or dealt with this place before?

I have 2 loans they issued me that I need to get to work on cleaning up, but it seems like they are one of these places that is doing anything to make themselves invisible. Both loans went through on my checking account under different names (Pay Day One & Together Cash) but I can tell from the pretty unique and unprofessional emails they've sent me that they are the same place.

anyone??

thanks!

First, what state are you in?

Second, those are two complety seperate companies.

PayDay One is legal in most states.

Together cash is illegal they are really Red River LLC.

I am thinking that Pack Mangmt was a broker. You gave them the information and then they took that information and whored it out to their loan company contacts and you got two seperate loans from two different companies.

I think Pack/B&L must have some arrangment with those companies that they handle the customer service issues for them.

Payday One is easy to work with. If you have defaulted then I would contact them and make payment arrangments.

It sounds like your account is still open. I would close it since Together Cash is illegal and they have many many names they use. An ACH block won't work as they will just debit under another name.

You need to fill out a formal dispute with your bank. I'm sorry to tell you this but there is only one sure way to stop them, and that is to close your account, it will never be safe again as long as they have your account information.

I agree with this. I just went through this problem with them. I got a loan back in January for $150.00. They told me that $45.00 would come out every two weeks of my paycheck until it is paid off. Well it is now June 2010, 6 Months later, and they have took a total of $548.00 from me since January 2010. Well, not anymore, I actually had to close my account & get a new one. This company owes me $353.00 back to me, which I probably will never see it. So if you are going through this same situation, I would just close your account & get a new one right away.

You guys need to make sure of the terms on a loan before you take out a loan. When you apply online you are required to go through the steps to 'complete the application', during that process you are given terms....READ THEM BEFORE SIGNING YOUR NAME OR PROCEEDING...every place is required to fully disclose the payment options and they do...unfortunately, people tend to only look for the approval and pay no attention to what that are agreeing to in the process. In all fairness, that is OUR responsibilities as consumers...obviously, a place designed to make money wants to do so but if you are smart and keep yourself fully abreast of the payment methods...then these loans can be very beneficial but if you do not read and do not listen to anything beyond "you are approved for" then who can your really blame. Instead of complaining, we should take charge of what we are doing financially! I dont mean any harm to anyone...I just have gotten myself in the same situations before and everyone seemed to focus on the "big bad company" instead of teaching me to be smart financially. NEVER SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT READING IT AND NEVER ACCEPT MONEY WITHOUT KNOW HOW TO PAY IT BACK AND TO WHOM! I am honestly trying to be helpful! Love to all!

that's okay.i deleted the duplicate humanoid.btw alot of people are on here because the illegal pdl won't honor someone's request for a payoff.you got lucky good job,but don't sit here and assume because you had no problem.that is how it goes for everyone.in fact i want you to loan again, and see if it goes as smooth.i'm almost sure it won't.then we welcome your commentary then as well.

I have learned some amazing things through these forums this morning. I wished I had discovered this forum months ago! It would have samed me a lot of stress, and I would have learned NOT to do these payday loans. They are a temp fix and not a answer to the solution. Sadly, solution has led to bankruptcy.

A friend went through Pack Management, it has been a horrid experience for them. I had one through Loan Shop Online, they have been calling saying they are going to file criminal charges against me, (which my lawyer laughed at).

I had two payday loan companies that deposited $300 each into my bank account. One is CMG Group and the other is Pack MGMT. I never received documents but just a phone call saying that I was approved for the loan and I told them that I was going to let them know because the finance fee was to high ($90). I never called them back and two days later the money was in the account. I called them to cancel the loan and I could never get in touch with them. Now I have a SSA Group (Attorneys or Collection agency) calling to inform me about delivering a summons. What do I need to do? Please help.thank you!

I just received a call both to my job and on my cell saying that I'm going to basically be jailed although the investigator didn't use those terms, on 3 felony charges. He says its worthless check charges and bank fraud and that the creditor was pack management. I'm trying to figure out if they can actually do that. He told me he's representing and calling directly from fairfield county which is where I live. Who are they and can they really do that? What should I do? He told me the deadline was today and that I could pay half now and he would put me on an economic hardship plan. Please help! :(

It's a scam. They absolutely can not criminally charge you for a faulted payday loan. I just went through the same crap. It was a total scam, from crooks who stole my info and tried to scare me by saying I was being charged with fraud and worthless checks. The company name was one I never used AND they were trying to "charge" me in another state. After researching all the laws and calling a few harrassment lawyers I found out it was a scare tactic and in my case, fraud.

:mad:I got a call from an "INVESTIGATOR" saying that i had so many charges held on me for fraud he gave me the name of the payday loan company Pack Management Group. Me being naive i made one payment of 100 then another of 380 they aare supposed to take another out in 4 days...i did some research and call the pack management group and questioned them about the loan and they told me they do not have my name anywhere in the system or that i even applied for a loan with them. i am beyond pissed off and feel taken advantage of i cancelled my debit and will call them and let them know i have called the PDL company and they have no record of me ...what else should i do??????????

I just got off the phone with my bank (re Pack Mgmt, or whomever they are), I am putting a block on them, but the problem may arrise that if they have been taking out 60.00 and you put a block on that, being unscrupulous as they are, they can easily access 60.01. I too cannot contact them by phone, nor fax....there is no dial tone on their end!

I have been dealing with them as well. The number I have for them is 866-943-6712. I just called them today and the number still worked. They will ask you if you are with Pack or another company. I am trying to find a way out of these loans as I live in ND and they have a limit on the amount you can have out there. I am over my head in debt due to these stupid loans and cannot find a way out as of yet. I hope that this number helps some of you out.

Also, any calls you get from anyone claiming they are an investigator or from any federal agency, etc are all scams. Do NOT give them any of your information over the phone. If they ask you to verify your SSN, have them repeat the whole number to you, not just the last 4. They will either get it incorrect or will just hang up. Any other personal information any one can get over the internet if they try hard enough. Please don't fall for it and pay them money. They will take it and run and there is now way in tracking them down. They use cell phones that are disposable and untraceable. I know as we went as far as contacting the local authorities from where the number registered from and that is what they had told us.
