Some time ago I took out a loan with think cash, but paid it off. A little while later I took out a loan with plain green. I paid what I borrowed and told them I would pay no more. Today I got a collection letter from saying it was think cash that turned me in. The amount is 4 times of what I borrowed.
Any advice? Is this legit?

the loan you paid off was think cash.now since the new loan was originated as plain green then they are illegal, and using the fact that you once had a think cash loan to try and sway you.bottomline is the plain green loan is illegal and you owe nothing more.period the end.treat them like it.

your state AG(attorney general)and the FTC(federal trade commission).you can file the ftc complaint online at www.ftc.gov. do that and when they do try to contact ignore,and/or hang up.they are a nasty lawbreaking bottomfeeder in NY that loves to cuss and threaten things they can't do.
