I understand that Town and Country does not service Kansas. So, are there ANY reputable companies that will help consumers consolidate/settle payday loans in this state?

Probably not. Kansas is home to most of the internet payday lenders and the bank commissioner and AG go out of their way to protect them. (I know the Quik Payday fans will all jump up, but that was Utah lender that was COMPETING with the hundred companies in Overland Park . . .) Debt settlement is illegal in Kansas and the Kansas authorities are very aggressive in going after companies that try to help Kansans, especially if it might cost their pet internet lenders a dollar or two.
